As we look to sustain our success and expand our reach, we are seeking dynamic and experienced Junior and Senior DevSecOps Developers to design, develop, automate, and maintain secure software delivery platforms and infrastructure. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on GitLab Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) automation, infrastructure as code (IaC), scripting, and Terraform. Job Description: Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:

• Design, build, and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines, including shared templates, runners, and reusable components used across multiple teams.
• Embed security into the delivery lifecycle: Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST), dependency and container scanning, secrets detection, Software Bill of Materials (SBOM) generation, and policy enforcement as pipeline gates.
• Automate application deployments using Ansible and Terraform and IaC practices.
• Lead modernization efforts to migrate legacy application deployment processes to modern CI/CD and cloud-native architectures.
• Work closely with software developers, system administrators, infrastructure engineers, cybersecurity professionals, and application teams to establish a modern, secure, and highly automated software delivery environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• For the Senior Position: 7+ years of consulting experience with increasing client responsibility, including 5+ years hands-on GitLab CI/CD pipelines experience.
• Junior Developers should have at least 2-3 years experience, and/or a graduate degree in a related field.
• Data Analytics Developers should have a proven track record cleaning, manipulating, and utilizing data to identify statistical trends, develop business insights, and present them in a clean and clear manner.
• Experience with automated testing, Python Linux shell scripts, PowerShell.
• Experience building Java, C# applications using Maven, Gradle.
• Experience with containerization, infrastructure as code (preferably Ansible).
• Experience writing and maintaining Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with cloud service providers (preferably Azure or AWS), technologies including Lambda, S3.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with federal IT governance frameworks, software development lifecycles, and compliance standards and adhere to federal standards (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA).
• Experience in GitLab administration.
• Experience in CI/CD implementation with HashiCorp Vault or other secrets-management platforms.
• Experience integrating CI/CD platforms with enterprise identity providers such as Okta.
• Experience with Kubernetes-based application deployments.
• Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch).

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $70,000 - $135,000, per year Benefits:
