Development Product Management Intern

Position Title: Development Product Management Intern Start Date: Summer 2027 Position Summary: This internship offers hands-on experience as a development product management intern. The company's internship program is driven by a single focus: to find the company's future leaders. The Undergraduate Intern Program runs 10-12 weeks. Position Responsibilities: Research and provide solutions to solve complex problems using engineering principles. Assist in translating specifications and requirements into engineered solutions with speed and innovation in mind. Review concept sketches and provide technical support or product engineering for products. Work with global team of Engineers and Designers. *Hourly pay will be $26.00/hour. Required Qualifications: Enrolled in an accredited university as a rising senior, graduating in 2028. Majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field of study. Detail-oriented, organized, methodical, process-oriented thinker. Effective time manager - able to juggle multiple tasks and competing priorities. Self-starter capable of working effectively independently or as part of a team. Possess good mechanical aptitude in the area of generating creative, simple mechanical solutions and troubleshooting existing mechanism. Accuracy and attention to detail. Intent listening skills with ability to apply learnings. Ability to be flexible to changing business priorities. Compensation: The compensation for this role is $26.00 per hour.
