About the Role

This role focuses on maintaining server infrastructure, supporting deployment processes, and coordinating infrastructure maintenance and security updates with the Kyndryl team. The ideal candidate has extensive IT experience, strong Linux and Windows Server knowledge, and the ability to support reliable infrastructure operations. Experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial, along with clear communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and support Linux and Windows Server environments. Support and maintain server infrastructure to ensure reliable operations. Manage and assist with software deployment processes. Coordinate with the Kyndryl team on server patches, security updates, and infrastructure maintenance. Help facilitate the implementation of required security updates and system changes. Troubleshoot server-related issues and support ongoing infrastructure operations. Communicate with technical teams to coordinate maintenance activities and resolve operational concerns.
Required Qualifications
At least 9 years of IT experience. Strong working knowledge of Linux environments. Experience with Windows Server administration and support. Experience maintaining servers and supporting deployment processes. Ability to coordinate technical activities with external teams, including infrastructure maintenance and security updates. Strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
