Director, Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to pharmaceutical and biotech clients, combining strategic consulting with hands-on project management. The Director will bring deep industry knowledge to support distribution strategy, strengthen client relationships, and guide high-impact deliverables. In partnership with internal stakeholders and external clients, this person will help shape solutions that improve execution, resolve issues, and support business growth. Location: Remote Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with pharmaceutical clients and oversee project management activities Provide subject matter expertise based on industry experience Conduct market research and data analysis to inform project goals Resolve or escalate project and client issues promptly Create high-quality client deliverables, including reports and presentations Review distribution and logistics agreements, providing feedback to leadership Write and promote strategic articles for the company website

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical wholesale distribution, third-party logistics, or operations Strong understanding of legal documents and basic legal concepts Proven track record of high performance and independent work Excellent oral and written communication skills with executive presence
