The Director Corporate Finance will lead and manage corporate finance activities, including capital structure planning, funding strategies, and evaluation of investment opportunities. This role will oversee financial modeling, valuation analyses, and due diligence for potential transactions, as well as support mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. The Director will collaborate with senior leadership to develop financial strategies, prepare board-level reports, and guide budgeting and forecasting processes. The position involves managing relationships with external financial partners, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing strategic input on business planning and performance improvement.
Qualifications
Strong Finance and Accounting skills, with experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and financial reporting. Proficiency in Business Planning and Budgeting, including long-term financial forecasting and resource allocation. Advanced Analytical Skills, including expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis. Proven experience in leading complex transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to senior stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring teams and managing cross-functional projects in a remote environment. Relevant university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, or equivalent are advantageous. Experience in investment or corporate finance roles within emerging markets or diversified investment groups is beneficial.
