Director, Industry Practice Lead - Corporate Enterprise

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Industry Practice Lead - Corporate Enterprise to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will serve as a senior market-facing leader for the corporate enterprise segment, helping shape how the organization engages executive buyers and enterprise stakeholders. You will partner closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to translate industry insight into compelling commercial conversations and practical go-to-market execution. The position combines thought leadership, strategic account engagement, and field enablement with a focus on accelerating enterprise adoption and stronger customer outcomes. Location: Remote Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually

Responsibilities

Represent the company at major industry conferences and executive roundtables to generate prospects. Partner with Account Executives on high-profile pre-sales opportunities as an industry expert. Conduct strategic account engagements to evaluate usage patterns and prescribe tailored solutions. Develop practitioner-focused domain playbooks and industry content to elevate field conversations. Synthesize field signals to advise internal Product and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in corporate domain leadership and 3+ years in commercial GTM roles in enterprise SaaS. Strong understanding of enterprise learning technology stacks and integration concepts. Proven track record as a conference speaker or executive communicator engaging C-suite executives. Comprehensive knowledge of corporate learning metrics and workforce upskilling frameworks.
