Director, Learning Services Product Mangement

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Learning Services Product Mangement to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This leader will shape the strategy and execution for a global learning services function spanning multiple portfolios and geographies. The role will focus on modernizing the customer learning experience, strengthening portfolio performance, and aligning services with product introductions and onboarding. It will also require close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable commercial models and drive adoption. Location: Remote Compensation: $171,600 – $321,750 annually

Responsibilities

Lead the global Learning Services organization across multiple portfolios and geographies Develop strategic and operational plans based on customer needs and market trends Own and drive portfolio performance metrics, including order growth and customer adoption Modernize the learning services business model and digital experience Define accountability and empower decision-making within the team Provide enterprise leadership through effective communication and stakeholder engagement Build and retain a high-performing, inclusive global team Integrate learning services into new product introductions and customer onboarding Maintain roadmap integrity and resolve conflicting priorities Build scalable commercial models for a consistent customer experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience 8+ years in product management, services, or learning solutions with a strategic focus 5+ years of people-management experience in cross-functional settings Proven track record in launching new products or services and managing their lifecycle Experience in customer learning, technical education, or AI-enabled content development Familiarity with life sciences and analytical instrumentation or related services Strong ability to gather customer insights and translate them into actionable strategies
