Director of Administrative Controls

Role Description The Director of Administrative Controls at SPX CAPITAL SEGUROS is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing administrative control frameworks across the organization. This role involves establishing policies and procedures to strengthen internal controls, monitoring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards, and coordinating audit activities. The Director will analyze operational and financial data to identify control gaps, recommend risk mitigation strategies, and ensure efficient, compliant processes in all administrative areas. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing reports for senior leadership, guiding process improvements, and supporting training on control and compliance practices.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex operational and financial data for decision-making. Candidates should possess expertise in Finance and Internal Controls to design and oversee robust administrative and financial control frameworks. Candidates should possess proven Auditing experience, including planning, executing, and following up on internal audits and control reviews. Candidates should possess knowledge of Infection Control or similar risk and compliance domains, particularly in regulated environments. Candidates should possess excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across teams. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a remote setting. Relevant academic background in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CPA, CISA) are an advantage. Experience in insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries is beneficial.
