Director of Business Development
Company Description
Veltha (YC F26) is a technology-driven workers’ compensation third-party administrator (TPA) that uses AI to transform the claims process. The platform reads and organizes claim files the day they arrive and initiates record collection immediately, ensuring adjusters work from complete, up-to-date files. This approach allows licensed adjusters to focus their time on claimants and meaningful decision-making rather than administrative tasks. Veltha’s model aims to improve efficiency, accuracy, and claimant experience across the workers’ compensation lifecycle. The company is building a modern, scalable operation for payers seeking a higher-performing TPA partner.
