Role Description The Director of Business Innovation is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives and developing new business models in alignment with Vantage Capital’s real estate and advisory focus. This role involves identifying market opportunities, evaluating off-market transactions, and designing innovative structures that enhance returns and mitigate risk for clients and banking partners. The Director will lead cross-functional programs and projects, collaborate with senior leadership to refine portfolio strategies, and translate complex market insights into actionable plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing innovation pipelines, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, preparing high-impact presentations, and guiding consulting engagements to improve operational and financial outcomes. The role also requires monitoring industry trends, continuously optimizing processes, and ensuring that new initiatives are executed efficiently and deliver measurable value.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate real estate transactions, interpret market data, and support evidence-based decision-making. Candidates should possess Program Management and Project Management skills to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from concept through execution. Candidates should possess Strategic Planning and Consulting skills to design innovative business models, advise clients, and shape long-term growth strategies. Advanced understanding of real estate investment, capital markets, or financial services, preferably with exposure to the UAE or GCC region. Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role driving innovation, transformation, or business development in a relevant industry. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes under time constraints. Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; a graduate degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
