Director of Delivery Operations

Role Description This full-time, remote Director of Delivery Operations role at Trigal Sur is responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery processes, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service to customers. The Director will lead daily operations, monitor performance metrics, and optimize workflows across delivery teams and partner networks. This role includes developing and implementing operational strategies, managing budgets and resource allocation, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Director will collaborate closely with leadership to forecast demand, manage risks, and drive continuous improvement, while mentoring team members and promoting a culture of accountability and service excellence.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, performance monitoring, and delivery workflow oversight. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and making informed decisions that improve operational outcomes. Candidates should possess effective Team Management capabilities, including leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should possess experience with Budgeting, cost control, and resource planning to support scalable and sustainable delivery operations. Candidates should possess a customer-focused mindset and proven Customer Service skills to maintain high satisfaction levels and address escalations. Relevant qualifications include experience in logistics, supply chain, or delivery-focused environments; familiarity with operational software and reporting tools; and strong communication and stakeholder management skills. A bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, supply chain, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
