Director of Growth Marketing

Role Description The Director of Growth Marketing is a full-time, remote role responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth. This role oversees end-to-end growth initiatives, including campaign planning, digital marketing programs, funnel optimization, and performance tracking. On a day-to-day basis, the Director collaborates with sales and business development teams to align messaging, refine target segments, and support pipeline growth. The position involves managing projects across multiple channels, analyzing marketing data to inform decisions, and continuously testing and iterating on tactics to improve results. The Director also leads brand positioning efforts, ensures consistent communication across touchpoints, and may manage external vendors or internal team members.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, performance measurement, and optimization of growth initiatives. Candidates should possess Sales and Business Development skills to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and support client acquisition. Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns on time and within scope. Candidates should possess Marketing expertise, including digital marketing, demand generation, and content-driven strategies that support scalable growth. Experience in B2B professional services or advisory businesses, especially in compensation, incentives, or employee ownership, is beneficial. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, collaborate across functions, and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels. Leadership experience in managing teams or cross-functional initiatives, with a track record of driving measurable growth outcomes. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
