Director of Growth Strategy

Role Description The Director of Growth Strategy at Carrier Maroc is a full-time remote role responsible for defining and executing growth initiatives across markets and product lines. This role involves developing and refining the overall growth strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and prioritizing initiatives based on data-driven analysis and market insights. The Director will collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to design and implement go-to-market plans, optimize revenue streams, and improve customer acquisition and retention. Daily activities include leading cross-functional projects, setting measurable growth targets, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategy to ensure sustainable, profitable expansion. The Director will also prepare executive-level reports, provide strategic recommendations, and mentor team members to build organizational capability around growth and innovation.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to interpret data, build forecasts, and support strategic decision-making. Proven experience in sales and business development to drive revenue growth and partnerships. Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination. Solid marketing experience to develop go-to-market strategies and support demand generation. Experience in a senior strategic or leadership role, ideally in growth, strategy, or commercial functions. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage. Comfort with digital tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software; experience with strategic planning frameworks is beneficial. Fluency in English; proficiency in French or Arabic is an asset for regional collaboration.
