Director of Operations Management

Role Description The Director of Operations Management at Conexión- Grupo Ultra Laboratorios will oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with organizational goals. This full-time remote role includes leading cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows, and implementing best practices in operations and program management. The Director will monitor key performance indicators, manage operational budgets, coordinate complex projects, and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards. This role will also involve identifying process improvements, mitigating risks, and collaborating with senior leadership to support strategic planning and execution. The Director will regularly report on operational performance and drive initiatives that support scalability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-informed decision-making. Demonstrated expertise in operations management to design, implement, and optimize core processes. Experience in program management to coordinate multiple initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Proficiency in project management to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within scope. Experience with budgeting and financial oversight to manage operational costs and support resource allocation. Proven leadership capabilities, including team management, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) are an asset. Experience in laboratory, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related industries is beneficial.
