Role Description The Director of Project Management is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing and coordinating complex projects across the organization. This role leads cross-functional project teams, defines project scopes and timelines, and ensures alignment with business priorities and real estate objectives. The Director will manage project budgets, mitigate risks, monitor progress, and report on project status to senior leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and standardizing project management processes, guiding program-level initiatives, optimizing workflows, and supporting continuous improvement across operations. The role also involves mentoring project managers and team members, fostering collaboration, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Project Management skills to oversee multiple initiatives and ensure successful delivery. Candidates should possess Budgeting expertise to manage financial resources, control project costs, and support accurate forecasting. Candidates should possess Team Leadership capabilities to guide cross-functional teams, provide direction, and build a collaborative culture. Candidates should possess Process Improvement skills to analyze current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement best practices. Relevant experience in real estate, property management, or related industries is beneficial. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are a plus. Proficiency with project management tools and software, along with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
