Director of Regional Sales

Role Description The Director of Regional Sales is a full-time remote role responsible for leading and growing sales across assigned territories, with a focus on electronics manufacturing and related industries. This role oversees regional sales planning, pipeline development, and execution of go‑to‑market strategies aligned with Aulex Industries’ consulting and technology services. Day-to-day activities include managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to tailor solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Director will lead and mentor regional sales staff, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reporting and forecasts. Collaboration with leadership on pricing, proposals, and market expansion initiatives is also a core component of this role.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Sales and Business Development, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and expand regional markets. Experience in Sales Operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and use of CRM tools to manage accounts and opportunities. Background in Customer Service, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and delivering consultative, solutions-oriented support. Demonstrated Team Management capabilities, including leading, coaching, and developing sales professionals across remote or distributed teams. Familiarity with electronics manufacturing, product development, or related industrial sectors is highly beneficial. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. Fluency in English; additional language skills (such as Spanish, Hebrew, or French) are advantageous for international client work.
