Role Description The Director of Structured Finance will lead the design, execution, and management of securitization and structured credit transactions in a full-time remote role. This includes originating and structuring deals, overseeing due diligence, coordinating legal and regulatory processes, and managing relationships with investors, issuers, and rating agencies. The role involves developing financial models, analyzing portfolio performance, and optimizing capital structures to meet risk and return objectives. The Director will collaborate with internal teams to enhance product offerings, support strategic initiatives, and ensure adherence to compliance and governance standards. The position requires proactive leadership, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to drive complex projects from concept to closing.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Structured Finance and securitization, including deal origination and transaction structuring. 25 years of work experience Solid foundation in Finance, with knowledge of capital markets, credit products, and risk management. Advanced Analytical Skills and experience interpreting complex financial data to support strategic decisions. Proficiency in Portfolio Management, including monitoring asset performance and optimizing risk-return profiles. Advanced Financial Modeling skills, including cash flow modeling and scenario analysis for structured transactions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across time zones. High ethical standards and commitment to regulatory compliance and sound governance practices.
