About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Supply Chain Management to oversee procurement coordination, inventory planning, logistics, and supplier performance. This role focuses on improving supply chain efficiency, controlling costs, and ensuring materials and products are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee supply chain planning, inventory, and logistics operations. Manage supplier relationships, performance, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with procurement, operations, and production teams. Monitor inventory levels, costs, and supply chain performance. Identify risks and resolve disruptions affecting delivery. Develop processes to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs. Establish performance metrics and report results to senior leadership. Lead and develop supply chain staff and managers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of supply chain experience, including management responsibilities. Strong knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and supplier management. Experience with ERP systems and supply chain reporting. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
