Position PurposeThe SCO Strategic Sourcing Manager I works with Supply Chain Operations' Contracts, Field Operations, and Systems to identify new projects, coordinate project planning, ensure documentation is complete and stored appropriately, and progress project implementation forward to meet timelines and budgets. The SCO Strategic Sourcing Manager I obtains and assimilates information from hospitals and vendors, provides basic analysis on data, and creates reports to present project status and recommendation. Responsibilities & TasksIdentify, vet, evaluate, and implement supply, service, and equipment initiatives including standardization, conversion and education rolloutServes as a liaison between the leadership committees and SCO to ensure supply chain is supporting their initiatives and that supply chain is communicating applicable updates to leadershipEnsures documentation is complete and stored appropriatelyTracks project implementations to meet timelines and budgetsObtains and assimilates information from hospitals and vendorsPerform data analyticsCreate reports to present project status and recommendationsResponsible for financial analysis for opportunitiesUtilization reporting and adoption trackingCoordinates project planningProvide load information for Smart System changes based on projectThis position must sit at our Home Office in Birmingham, ALMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or Healthcare Administration.1-2 years of healthcare and/or Project Management experience.
