Disposition Manager
At Remote Latinos, we are seeking an experienced Real Estate Disposition Manager to join our selection process for a growing U.S.-based real estate investment company. The company does both wholesale and novation deals, so we're looking for someone with hands-on experience in both, who can take ownership of the disposition process from contract to closing with a high degree of independence. 💰 Compensation: $10 USD/hour base + 3–5% commission per closed deal + performance bonus (a commission-only track with a higher % is also available) ⏰ Schedule: Full-time, PST hours, daily training built in, immediate start 📍 Location: Remote – Latin America
What You'll Do
Take ownership of the disposition process for properties under contract and determine the best exit strategy for each deal Analyze deals using market knowledge, buyer demand, property characteristics and deal economics, and recommend the best course of action to leadership Build and maintain relationships with cash buyers, investors, agents and wholesalers Market properties to qualified buyers and investor networks, and handle outreach and follow-ups Negotiate assignments, offers, pricing and deal terms, and evaluate offers Coordinate with buyers and other parties to get deals to closing, tracking deadlines and next steps Provide some Transaction Coordinator support as the company grows
Requirements
Proven hands-on experience in real estate dispositions Hands-on experience with both wholesale and novation deals Strong understanding of the U.S. real estate investment and wholesaling industry, cash buyers, investor networks and assignments Experience handling properties from contract through disposition and negotiating with buyers or investors Ability to independently evaluate deals and make confident decisions Excellent written and verbal English; a near-native or neutral American accent is strongly preferred Highly reliable, accountable and organized, with strong follow-up skills Not currently enrolled in school or planning to start or resume studies, with a reliable work history Plus: an existing network of U.S. cash buyers and investors, experience with real estate CRMs and transaction management systems, Transaction Coordination experience, and remote work with U.S. real estate companies
