Role Description The Distribution Partner role is a remote contract position responsible for expanding the reach of God’s Plan Health’s health sharing programs. Day-to-day activities include identifying and onboarding new distribution channels, such as agencies, brokers, and community organizations, and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. The role involves presenting program offerings, explaining membership benefits and requirements, and collaborating on marketing and outreach initiatives to grow membership. Distribution Partners will track lead generation and conversions, provide feedback on market trends and member needs, and ensure that program information is communicated accurately and in alignment with the organization’s mission.
Qualifications
Experience in sales, business development, or partner relations, preferably in health, insurance, or membership-based services. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible language. Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships across diverse stakeholders and organizations. Comfort working in a remote, contract-based environment with self-directed time management and goal setting. Basic knowledge of health sharing or health insurance markets, or willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Integrity, professionalism, and respect for diverse backgrounds and beliefs, with openness to working in a faith-oriented organization. Proficiency with digital tools for communication, CRM or lead tracking, and virtual meetings. Previous experience in outreach, community engagement, or network building is beneficial.
