Dynamics 365 Configuration / Business Analyst
Please no third-party recruiters/vendors Dynamics 365 Configuration / Business Analyst We are seeking an experienced D365 Configuration / Business Analyst to lead the delivery and ongoing development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This role combines project leadership, business analysis, product ownership, and hands-on D365 configuration. The ideal candidate can work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into effective D365 solutions while managing projects from requirements through go-live.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project delivery, including scope, schedule, priorities, risks, and stakeholder communication Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams Facilitate requirements gathering and translate business processes into clear functional and solution requirements Own and manage the product backlog , including prioritization of features, enhancements, and defects Perform hands-on configuration and solution building within Dynamics 365 CE Document business processes, requirements, workflows, and solution decisions Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and defect resolution Coordinate end-user training, documentation, and change readiness Manage deployment planning and go-live readiness Support post-launch enhancements and continuous improvement
Qualifications
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM Experience serving in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid role Hands-on experience configuring and building solutions within D365 Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills Experience managing product backlogs, priorities, and stakeholder expectations Understanding of D365 solution architecture, workflows, integrations, and data Experience coordinating testing, training, deployment, and go-live activities Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams Ideal profile: A hands-on D365 professional who can own the business relationship and project delivery while also getting into the system to configure and build solutions.
