Dynatrace DevOps Engineer

Title : Dynatrace Deveops Engineer Location : Remote Rate : $50/hr C2C or $45.45/hr W2 Duration : 12 Months Detailed Job Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Dynatrace Administrator – Integration & Automation to manage and optimize enterprise monitoring and observability solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace administration, tagging governance, ownership models, workflow automation, and ITSM integrations. The primary focus will be to ensure every asset in Dynatrace has a clearly defined owner, automate incident detection and response, integrate alerts with ITSM platforms such as Freshservice, and reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) for major incidents.

Responsibilities

Administer and configure Dynatrace SaaS or Managed environments. Implement tagging governance and ownership models to ensure every monitored asset has an assigned owner. Develop Dynatrace Workflows and automation to improve incident detection, routing, and response. Integrate Dynatrace alerts with Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira, and other enterprise ITSM platforms. Deploy and manage OneAgent and ActiveGate across servers, applications, and cloud environments. Configure alerting profiles, anomaly detection, problem notifications, and automated remediation workflows. Monitor application performance, infrastructure health, and end-user experience using Dynatrace APM.
