eDiscovery Project Manager

For our client, we are seeking a eDiscovery Project Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will oversee eDiscovery matters from intake through delivery, ensuring client requirements are translated into clear project plans and executed with precision. You will partner closely with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to keep work aligned, responsive, and on schedule. The position also supports client service operations by driving communication, reporting, and issue resolution in a fast-paced environment. Location: Remote Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities

Understand and interpret client requirements in eDiscovery Advise clients on using the company's services, with a focus on Relativity Coordinate internal processes to meet client objectives Represent the company in client and third-party interactions Supervise and support the Client Services team effectively Provide project updates and performance reports to management

Qualifications

Proficiency with eDiscovery platforms, especially Relativity Strong verbal and written communication skills Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability to client needs Highly organized with multitasking capabilities Willingness to work extended hours as needed Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration abilities
