Responsibilities

- Have meaningful conversations with prospective candidates.
- Follow an established communication process.
- Participate in ongoing personal and professional development.
- Build relationships within a growing international community.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently and with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Growth minded, self motivated and willing to learn.
- Able to commit approximately 15-20 hours per week.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in education, leadership or learning and development.
- Background in training, consulting, people and culture, healthcare or other people focused professions.
Pay range and compensation package This is an independent, performance based opportunity, not a salaried employment position. Earnings are commission and performance based and will vary according to individual activity and results.
