Hiring: Ellucian Banner HR/Payroll Consultant 📍 Location: Remote ⏰ Schedule: Part-time – Approximately 20 hours/week 📅 Duration: Ongoing 🚀 Start: ASAP Employment: W2 Only – No Sponsorship We are looking for an experienced Ellucian Banner HR/Payroll Consultant to support HR and payroll operations, data validation, reconciliation, and reporting in a remote, part-time consulting role. Required Skills & Experience: Hands-on experience with Ellucian Banner HR/Payroll. Strong knowledge of employee data, payroll processes, benefits, and time & attendance. Strong SQL skills for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and reporting. Experience identifying and resolving HR/payroll data discrepancies. Experience with payroll testing and system result validation. Experience supporting HR/payroll implementations, migrations, or upgrades. Ability to communicate technical findings clearly to HR and Payroll teams. Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment. Preferred Qualifications: Higher education or university HR/payroll systems experience. Experience with complex Banner data structures, legacy configurations, or limited documentation. Experience developing repeatable data validation checks and technical documentation.
