About the Role
BairesDev is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to plan, create, test, and deploy email campaigns that engage audiences and support business goals. This role works closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to deliver campaigns throughout the customer journey, from initial awareness to ongoing engagement and retention. The ideal candidate has hands-on email marketing experience, strong copywriting skills, and an understanding of audience segmentation, campaign testing, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Build, test, and deploy email campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated sequences. Manage audience segmentation and email list hygiene to support accurate targeting and reliable deliverability. Write and edit email copy that reflects the brand voice and aligns with campaign objectives. Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, email content, and send times to improve campaign performance. Monitor and report on email marketing metrics, including open rates, click rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates. Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure email assets are delivered on time and align with brand standards.
Required Qualifications
At least three years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing. Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools. Working knowledge of audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign performance optimization. Strong copywriting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to tailor messages to different audiences. Familiarity with email marketing compliance requirements, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
