We will provide you with the training and support to obtain your state Life and Health Insurance licenses. In addition, you will receive training to be successful and effective in uncovering the needs of our clients and providing tailored benefit solutions. Responsibilities
Generate marketing opportunities and pursue new sales opportunities. Launch new sales initiatives and programs. Maintain a database of current and prospective customers. Communicate directly with clients and prospective clients. Use a consultative process to discover client needs and provide appropriate solutions. Creatively prospect for potential business opportunities. Build and maintain professional client relationships. Work in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
Ability to work in a self-motivated and competitive environment. Experience generating leads and following a business process is preferred but not required. Ability to establish and work toward sales goals. Comfortable speaking with businesses and business owners. Ability to build and nurture client relationships. Success-driven and results-oriented. Ability to obtain and maintain the required state Life and Health Insurance licenses.
