Now Hiring: Labor & Employment Income Partner | Fully Remote (California) | $300K–$400K Base A well-regarded West LA business law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment attorney to join as an Income Partner and build its employment practice from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity for an L&E lawyer who wants autonomy, flexibility, and a real seat at the table, without the pressure of bringing a big book on day one. The Role Income Partner, Labor & Employment A book of business is welcome but not required Fully remote anywhere in California (the firm is based in LA) The Opportunity Significant autonomy over how the practice is built Work closely with a strong corporate group on advice, counseling, and employment issues for business clients Initial support from the corporate paralegal, assistant, and associates, with the firm open to adding dedicated L&E staff as the practice grows

Compensation
