Employment Litigation and Advice Attorneys | Fully Remote, Irvine | $150,000 to $275,000+ Picture your morning without the commute. This firm went remote long before everyone else had to, and it never went back. There’s an office in Irvine if you want to see colleagues, but nobody is counting badge swipes. Litigation work includes: Wage and hour class actions and PAGA claims Individual discrimination, harassment and retaliation suits Motions to compel arbitration and the fights that follow ADA and accommodation disputes Discovery, depositions, motions and hearings, handled by you Advice work includes: Policies, handbooks, agreements and reduction in force planning Day to day employee relations questions from HR teams The pay runs from $150,000 to $275,000 and up, plus bonus. You’ll need three or more years in employment law and be comfortable handling clients and opposing counsel on your own. Lighter motion or discovery experience isn’t a dealbreaker, and you’ll have a senior mentor for your first year.
