JOB DESCRIPTION: Position Title: Engineer 2, Resident - Customer Reports To: Director, Sales - OE Date Last Revised: July 28, 2026 Position Summary: This position serves as the resident engineering and primary technical liaison for assigned customers, supporting the successful application, integration, validation, and launch of Bendix and Knorr-Bremse products. The role works closely with customer engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, service, and quality teams, as well as internal cross-functional teams, to resolve technical issues, communicate customer requirements, and drive actions to completion. The individual builds trusted customer relationships, delivers product and systems training, and provides timely field and vehicle feedback to support product development and continuous improvement. Success in this role requires strong transportation industry knowledge, engineering capability, effective project coordination, and the ability to independently evaluate and recommend practical technical solutions using accepted engineering practices. Essential Functions: - Manage and coordinate the implementation, validation, and launch of new and existing Bendix and
