Engineering Software development Intern

Overview

Join us as an Engineering Software Development Intern and contribute to practical software projects alongside an engineering team developing Mechanical Engineering Simulation Software . You’ll build and improve applications, explore modern development approaches, and strengthen your skills in software engineering, web development, and system design. This is a paid internship. Qualifications

Possess MSc, or PhD in a relevant STEM discipline and have an excellent academic record. Assist in preparing scientific publications, reports, and presentations based on research findings Support the collection and organization of experimental data from laboratory or computational studies Contribute to research project planning, including experimental design and technical troubleshooting Engage in scientific discussions, seminars, and peer-reviewed journal submissions to disseminate research outcomes Interest in software development, software design, and software engineering; coursework or project experience is welcome. Familiarity with Agile practices, APIs, version control, Linux, or cloud infrastructure is helpful; experience with Git, GitHub, or SVN is a plus. Exposure to scalability, RBAC (role-based access control), or quantum engineering is welcome but not required. Bring curiosity, clear communication, and a willingness to learn across programming languages and development tools. Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
