Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new leads (WARM LEADS)
- Present and sell insurance products and policies to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Conduct virtual consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM software
- Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and compliance requirements
Requirements:
- No prior insurance experience required — entry-level candidates welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license (or already licensed)
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with virtual communication tools
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed in sales
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus
Benefits
- $700–$1,200 commission per closed sale
- Full-time: typically $80,000–$120,000 once established; top performers earn well beyond that
