Role Overview

In this role, you will be the first line of defense against data errors, ensuring that every piece of information captured from our audio listening diaries is accurate, complete, and ready for analysis. You will work closely with data scientists, product managers, and client service specialists to support special projects and address critical operational or client concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate and Enter Data: Review and validate 7‑day audio listening diary entries, ensuring each record—postmark date, qualitative yes/no responses, age, zip code, start/stop times, station details, band/location—is accurately captured in the brighthush database.
• Apply Business Rules: Interpret and apply a complex set of business rules and procedural guidelines to maintain consistency across datasets.
• Escalate Issues: Flag entries that contain invalid or ambiguous information for escalation, following policy protocols to guarantee data quality.
• Manage Workload: Prioritize tasks, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet daily and weekly deadlines while maintaining high productivity.
• Maintain Metrics: Adhere strictly to quality and productivity metrics, continuously striving to exceed performance targets.
