🚨 WE'RE HIRING: REMOTE CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR! 🏗️💻 🌎 Location: Remote 💼 Position: Construction Estimator 🖥️ Tools: JobTread, GoHighLevel, ChatGPT & Claude We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and experienced Construction Estimator to support construction estimating, material takeoffs, supplier coordination, and project preparation. If you have experience reviewing construction plans, calculating material quantities, and preparing accurate estimates, we'd love to hear from you! 🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ✅ Construction Plan Review: Review blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to identify materials and project requirements. ✅ Material Takeoffs: Calculate material quantities accurately and organize takeoff information for estimates. ✅ Supplier Coordination: Request supplier quotations, compare material pricing, confirm availability, and monitor lead times. ✅ Estimate Preparation: Prepare detailed construction estimates using JobTread for management review and final pricing approval. ✅ Bid Management: Track submitted bids, follow up on outstanding proposals, and maintain updated bid statuses. ✅ Project Handoff: Organize project scopes, drawings, material lists, and documentation to support smooth project execution. ✅ Communication & Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, managers, and project teams to clarify project requirements and resolve discrepancies. 🔹 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ✔️ Experience in construction estimating, material takeoffs, or construction administration ✔️ Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings ✔️ Experience calculating material quantities and preparing accurate cost estimates ✔️ Familiarity with JobTread or similar construction estimating software ✔️ Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or other CRM and workflow management platforms ✔️ Familiarity with ChatGPT and Claude for productivity, research, documentation, or workflow support ✔️ Experience requesting supplier quotations and comparing pricing ✔️ Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and accuracy ✔️ Excellent written and verbal English communication skills ✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work independently 🌟 WHO WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE?
