About Uplift Uplift is a private equity firm investing in middle-market companies with a business model-centric focus on services investing. We are an emerging manager building a differentiated franchise on a foundation of investment discipline, operational partnership, and long-term alignment with our LPs and portfolio companies. As the firm continues to scale, we are investing in infrastructure, processes, and talent to support the next phase of growth. The Role We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the four C-suite leaders of Uplift’s Value Creation Center (VCC) — our Chief Technology Officer, Chief Legal Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Head of Portfolio Infrastructure.
