Executive & Senior Career Coach (Remote, Contract)
We bring the clients. You do the coaching. Realign Coaching is looking for experienced career coaches, especially those who work well with senior leaders and executives. Our clients come to us stuck, burned out, or stalled in a job search, and our coaches help them move to clarity, a practical plan, and real progress. No marketing or business development required: we fill your calendar.
What You'll Do
Help clients get clear on direction and target roles that fit their strengths, experience, and compensation goals Guide career transitions, advancement decisions, and job searches that go beyond applying to postings Sharpen positioning, resumes, and LinkedIn (with dedicated resume-writing support when needed) Prepare clients for interviews, offers, and salary negotiations Run paid Discovery Sessions and convert clients into ongoing coaching by recommending the right level of support and confidently asking for the commitment What We're Looking For 5+ years in career coaching, executive coaching, outplacement, recruiting, or talent development Strong command of today's hiring market: ATS, recruiters, networking, AI, and modern job-search strategy A track record of enrolling clients into coaching packages or professional services A mix of powerful questions and practical teaching, with a warm, credible presence Openness to feedback, session review, and ongoing improvement Evening or weekend availability is a plus Pay & Terms Independent contractor, fully remote, you set your availability $55 to $100/hour depending on coaching tier Paid Discovery Sessions A steady flow of clients, with no minimums required of you Our Why Helping people find, pursue, and succeed in their dream career.
