As we aggressively expand our market share and scale our nationwide infrastructure, we are seeking an entrepreneurial, seasoned Executive Vice President (EVP) to join our executive committee and drive the firm’s strategic, operational, and commercial growth. Role Overview As the Executive Vice President, you will serve as a core leader alongside the CEO, holding dual accountability for high-level corporate strategy and operational execution. You will oversee the firm's growth initiatives, optimize day-to-day business operations, and lead cross-functional departments in a fully distributed remote environment. The ideal candidate is a powerhouse executive with a proven track record of scaling financial services firms, accelerating business development, managing complex P&L structures, and mentoring high-performing remote teams.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CEO and Board to design, implement, and track long-term corporate growth strategies, market expansion efforts, and potential M&A initiatives. Operational Oversight & Excellence: Drive firm-wide execution by scaling operations, improving financial advisory workflows, and ensuring institutional-grade service delivery. Revenue & Growth Performance: Align Sales, Marketing, and Advisory teams to accelerate client acquisition, enhance client retention, and optimize cross-selling strategies for organic revenue growth. Financial Stewardship: Manage corporate budgets, evaluate departmental P&L lines, and implement capital allocation strategies to ensure maximum profitability and corporate ROI. Technology & Infrastructure Scale: Collaborate with operations and IT leaders to continuously modernize Elliker Financial’s technology ecosystem, ensuring peak efficiency and robust data security. Remote Leadership & Culture: Build, mentor, and inspire a world-class, fully remote executive and management layer, cultivating a corporate culture rooted in extreme ownership, transparency, and collaboration. Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure all business units, marketing campaigns, and advisory services seamlessly comply with SEC, FINRA, and state regulatory frameworks. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 12+ years of progressive leadership experience within the financial services, asset management, or RIA space, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role (EVP, COO, Managing Director, or equivalent). Industry Mastery: Deep understanding of wealth management models, comprehensive financial planning, investment operations, and financial services market dynamics. Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in scaling an organization from a mid-market entity to an enterprise-level firm, ideally managing budgets exceeding several million dollars. Remote Executive Fluency: Exceptional capability in leading, aligning, and keeping a highly distributed, remote professional workforce highly engaged across multiple US time zones. Communication & Influence: Outstanding presence, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent Elliker Financial to institutional partners, key clients, and stakeholders. Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration required; MBA or advanced executive degree highly preferred. Advanced industry designations (CFP®, CFA) or FINRA licenses (Series 65/66, 24) are highly advantageous.
