Job Description
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and vision-driven Executive Vice President (EVP) to serve as a core member of our executive leadership team. In this high-impact remote role, you will drive business scaling initiatives, spearhead organizational strategy, and oversee cross-functional divisions to accelerate the firm's growth. The ideal candidate possesses an elite track record in wealth management leadership and a passion for building high-performing, decentralized teams.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Leadership & Strategy: Partner with the C-suite to define, execute, and scale the firm’s long-term corporate vision and growth strategy. Operational Excellence: Direct day-to-day business operations, optimizing workflows to ensure maximum efficiency across a 100% remote workforce. Growth & Practice Management: Oversee the growth of advisory teams, wealth management programs, and strategic business development initiatives. Risk & Governance: Ensure robust corporate governance, compliance alignment, and risk management frameworks are upheld across all business lines. Financial Stewardship: Manage P&L responsibilities, evaluate financial performance, and allocate capital to high-ROI strategic projects. Qualifications & Requirements 12–15+ years of progressive leadership experience within Wealth Management, RIAs, or Private Banking. Proven track record as an EVP, SVP, or equivalent executive-level role driving corporate scaling. Deep knowledge of advanced financial planning, investment platforms, and industry compliance regulations. Exceptional capability in leading, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing remote executive teams. Strong executive presence with outstanding negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Advanced degree (MBA, JD) or industry credentials (CFP®, CFA) preferred.
