Role Description The Executive Vice President of Operations is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations across RefoneIndia’s retail and online channels. This position drives operational strategy, ensures efficient execution of processes from procurement to quality checks and fulfillment, and aligns operations with customer experience goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading operational planning, managing cross-functional projects, optimizing supply chain and inventory, and monitoring performance metrics and P&L outcomes in partnership with finance. The role also involves developing scalable processes, implementing operational best practices, guiding customer service standards, and mentoring operations leaders to support sustainable growth. The Executive Vice President of Operations collaborates closely with senior leadership to support long-term strategic initiatives and continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including end-to-end process oversight, supply chain optimization, and workflow improvement. Candidates should possess P&L Management and financial acumen skills to oversee budgets, cost control, and profitability for operational functions. Candidates should possess Customer Service and customer experience management skills to ensure high satisfaction and consistent service standards. Candidates should possess Strategic Planning skills to align operations with business objectives, growth plans, and market opportunities. Candidates should possess Project Management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver operational improvements. Extensive experience in senior operations leadership roles, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or consumer electronics. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with proficiency in data-driven performance management. Excellent communication, collaboration, and people leadership skills, with experience managing distributed or remote teams. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
