  • Support business operations: Perform additional tasks as needed, such as data entry, quality assurance checks, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Adhere to compliance standards: Consistently follow HIPAA guidelines and all relevant regulatory requirements to protect patient privacy.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of call center experience handling inbound calls.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical or healthcare setting resolving customer concerns.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare claims billing, finance, and eligibility processes.
  • Proficiency with computers and complex software systems, including CRM and billing platforms.

  • Strong listening skills, empathy, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent conflict management and stress‑resolution abilities.
  • Availability for full‑time, 9‑hour shifts Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM ET.
  • Commitment to full attendance during training and a strong sense of accountability.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous exposure to medical billing software such as Athenahealth, Epic, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of insurance eligibility verification and claims adjudication workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining high productivity.
  • Background in customer experience improvement or process optimization.

Skills & Competencies
