Experienced High School Math Teacher (Algebra–Calculus III) – Remote | US Only

10X Learning Academy is seeking experienced, US-based mathematics educators to provide engaging, personalized online instruction to middle school and high school students. We are looking for candidates with prior teaching experience in US high schools who can explain mathematical concepts clearly, strengthen students' understanding, and help them build confidence and improve academic performance. Current employment at a high school is NOT required. We welcome applications from current teachers, former teachers, retired educators, and experienced private tutors who have previously taught mathematics in US high schools. Candidates may specialize in one or more mathematics subjects. You do not need to teach all subjects to qualify. Subjects

• Algebra I
• Geometry
• Algebra II
• Precalculus
• AP Precalculus
• Calculus I / AP Calculus AB
• Calculus II / AP Calculus BC
• Calculus III (Multivariable Calculus)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive, one-on-one or small-group online mathematics lessons using Zoom.
• Explain mathematical concepts clearly, using examples and step-by-step instruction.
• Assess individual student learning needs and tailor instruction accordingly.
• Assign homework and practice exercises to reinforce concepts.
• Review student work, address mistakes, and provide constructive feedback.
• Help students prepare for school tests, quizzes, and advanced coursework.
• Track student progress and communicate areas for improvement.
• Encourage independent problem-solving and conceptual understanding.

Required Qualifications

• Must currently reside in the United States. This position is open to US-based candidates only.
• Must have prior experience teaching mathematics in a US high school.
• Strong expertise in at least one of the mathematics subjects listed above.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify challenging mathematical concepts.
• Proficiency in Zoom, including screen sharing, digital whiteboards, and interactive online teaching tools.
• Ability to create or assign meaningful homework and practice exercises.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for online teaching.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
• Experience teaching Honors, AP, or advanced mathematics courses.
• Experience providing individualized academic support.
• Prior experience tutoring students online.

Schedule and Availability This is a flexible, part-time remote teaching opportunity. Our students are generally available during:

• Monday–Friday: Evening hours (Eastern Time)
• Saturday: Morning through 1:00 PM ET
• Sunday: Throughout the day
