Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated, detail‑oriented In‑Home Product Testing Specialists to join our remote team across the United States. As a key player in our In‑Home Usage Testing (IHUT) program, you will evaluate new products in real‑time, capture user insights, and provide actionable feedback to our partner companies. This role offers flexible scheduling, competitive hourly rates, and the opportunity to work with cutting‑edge technology—all from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

• Document Test Sessions: Capture screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and journal entries as outlined in the Daily Test Schedule.
• Product Care & Usage: Handle each product responsibly, ensuring it remains in pristine condition throughout the testing period.
• Follow Protocols: Adhere strictly to the Daily Test Schedule, which may include unpacking, reading instructions, completing online surveys, and using the product for specified durations.
• Leverage brighthush Mobile Technology: Utilize our proprietary Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology to capture Point‑of‑Emotion insights, delivering unparalleled depth of response.
• Engage in Private Discussions: Participate in secure chat rooms or focus groups hosted by partner research firms to discuss product impressions.
• Provide Written Feedback: Draft concise, honest reviews and observations in line with the project’s requirements.
• Maintain Confidentiality: Protect sensitive product information and adhere to all privacy protocols.
• Report Issues Promptly: Notify the project manager of any product defects, malfunctions, or user experience challenges.
• Commit to Consistency: Work 15‑25 hours per week, maintaining a reliable routine that aligns with project timelines.
