Family Law Attorney

Strata Legal Talent is conducting a confidential search for a Family Law Attorney to join an established New Jersey law firm. This is a remote position open to attorneys based throughout New Jersey. The practice handles a broad range of matrimonial and family law matters, including divorce, child custody, parenting time, support, equitable distribution, domestic violence, prenuptial agreements, and post-judgment matters. The role offers direct client interaction, substantive litigation work, and responsibility for managing matters from inception through resolution, with the resources and support of an experienced, collaborative team.

Qualifications

Admitted to practice law in New Jersey Experience handling matrimonial and family law matters Strong written and oral advocacy skills Excellent client relationship and case management abilities Ability to manage matters independently and collaborate with attorneys and support staff Strong organizational and communication skills suited to a remote environment Compensation & Benefits Compensation ranging from $145,000 to $205,000+, depending on experience, with higher compensation considered based on seniority, portable business, and the scope of the role Performance and origination bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement benefits, and generous time off Remote work arrangement Business development support and long-term advancement opportunities, including a potential path to partnership for experienced attorneys Confidentiality All inquiries will be handled in strict confidence.
