Key Responsibilities

Assist with building and maintaining sales enablement materials pre- and post-event, and regular sales communications cadences Streamline procurement management and budget tracking Document program deliverables to ensure programs are scalable and repeatable Required Skills X-X years of marketing event experience in a B2B enterprise software environment Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail) Strong Microsoft Excel skills — ability to maintain complex spreadsheets Mac proficiency Exceptional customer service skills with internal and external business partners Preferred Skills Experience with Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, and/or Swoogo Location & Work Model Hybrid — candidates must be based in or near New York, NY, the SF Bay Area, CA, or Chicago, IL.
