Work includes evaluating AI responses for quality, relevance and accuracy; reviewing order inquiries, delivery updates and issue resolution; flagging incorrect or ambiguous responses; creating realistic example conversations; and collaborating with project and technical teams. Preferred qualifications include food delivery, hospitality, customer service or related experience; excellent written and verbal communication; attention to detail; experience assessing service communications; independent work; constructive analysis; and adaptability.
