Role Description The Founding President will provide strategic leadership for Veriphon Technologies LLC, defining the company vision and setting clear goals for growth and impact. This full-time remote role includes establishing the business model, building and leading the core team, and overseeing product strategy and roadmap. The Founding President will manage key stakeholder relationships, including investors, partners, and early customers, while ensuring the company maintains a strong focus on clarity, usability, and innovation in its solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities involve driving operational execution, monitoring performance metrics, managing budgets, and making data-informed decisions about priorities and resource allocation. The role also includes developing company culture, governance practices, and compliant policies that support long-term scalability and sustainability.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in executive leadership, preferably in a technology or startup environment. Strong skills in strategic planning, business development, and organizational management. Ability to build and lead diverse, remote teams with inclusive and transparent communication. Experience with product strategy, user-centered design principles, and bringing technology products to market. Comfort with financial planning, budgeting, and investor or stakeholder relations. Capacity to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make timely, data-informed decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills suitable for internal and external audiences. Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and modern project management practices. Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology management, or a related field; advanced degree is beneficial but not required. Interest in technologies that improve clarity, usability, and everyday decision-making for users.
