Freelance Email & Domain Setup Specialist — 150 Email Accounts Across 50 Domains

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to configure 50 business domains and set up 150 email addresses (3 per domain) for legitimate professional business use. We will ask that you also warm up accounts and have them ready for business use by week four. There is an opportunity to stay on and continue to work with us and manage the domains and google workspace accounts as well as create for domains + emails. We will be using initial four week window to see if we collaborate well together. The ideal candidate has experience with domain registration, business email providers, DNS configuration, and email authentication. I am looking for someone who can complete the setup efficiently and provide clear documentation so I retain full ownership and control of all domains and accounts. Scope of work Configure 50 domains, either supplied by me or purchased with my approval. Set up 3 email accounts per domain, for a total of 150 email addresses. Configure relevant DNS records, including MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, as supported by the chosen provider. Verify that the accounts can send and receive test emails. Provide a spreadsheet listing each domain, associated email address, provider, configuration status, and renewal information. Provide documentation for account administration, security, and future maintenance. Transfer all configuration records and ensure I retain administrator access and ownership. Required qualifications Demonstrated experience setting up multiple domains and business email accounts. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho Mail, or equivalent services. Practical knowledge of DNS records and email authentication. Strong attention to detail and ability to document completed work. Ability to communicate clearly and complete a fixed-scope project independently. Required skills Domain management and registration. DNS configuration and troubleshooting.
