Freelance Influencer & Creator Partnerships Manager Our brand is a growing luxury children’s boutique curating European and designer childrenswear. We’re looking for a freelance Influencer & Creator Partnerships Manager to nurture and grow our creator community, starting with our biggest holiday moment yet. Your first project: Our Holiday Gift Edit Our holiday newsletter, launching November 10, will feature a handpicked group of moms and creators. Each will share one gift pick for someone on their list, along with their photo, IG link, a personal discount code and a “Shop [Name]’s Pick” button linked to their ShopMy. You’ll own creator outreach and confirmations, gather picks, quotes and photos, and set up links and codes. You’ll also keep everything on schedule for the newsletter and follow up to encourage creators to share with their communities. Ongoing, you’ll: -Manage relationships with up to 15 creators from our existing network (currently gifting-led), and turn the strongest relationships into longer-term partnerships -Handle gifting and follow-up: coordinating sends, tracking and checking in on posts (with access to an intern) -Pitch and run one creative collaboration per month, such as a giveaway, UGC or affiliate feature -Manage partnerships through ShopMy and LTK, including links, codes and commission Keep our creator tracker current and share a short monthly recap on what’s converting We already have a strong roster of creators, but bringing in fresh, aligned talent for long-term partnership is a plus.********* You might be a fit if you: -Have experience in influencer marketing within the mom, children’s, fashion or lifestyle space -Know ShopMy and LTK well -Write warm, personal outreach that sounds like a friend, not a brand -Are organized and reliable with follow-up, so nothing gets left hanging -Can start immediately. Creator picks and assets need to be locked in the week before our November 10 launch. Details: Freelance, remote, about 10 hours/month, $500/month retainer.
