Freelance Recruiter / Recruitment Partner – US & Canada Location: Remote Engagement: Freelance / Independent Recruiter Market: USA & Canada Compensation: 40% of profit per successful placement About the Opportunity HRC Global Services is looking to collaborate with experienced Freelance Recruiters / Independent Recruitment Partners who have strong experience recruiting for the US and Canadian markets. This is a flexible, performance-based opportunity for recruiters who have their own candidate network and database and are looking to work on quality mandates without the constraints of a traditional full-time recruitment role.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on recruitment mandates across the US and Canada.
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess suitability against the requirements.
- Share qualified profiles with the HRC team for further coordination with clients.
- Maintain regular communication and provide timely candidate updates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and future mandates.
- What We Are Looking For
- Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or executive search.
- Experience recruiting for US and/or Canadian positions.
- A strong personal candidate database and professional network.
- Ability to independently source and qualify candidates.
- Good understanding of candidate compensation, work authorization, notice periods, and market expectations.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Compensation
This is a profit-sharing freelance model. The recruiter will receive 40% of the profit generated from each successful placement. There is no fixed monthly salary; earnings are directly linked to successful closures. Why Work With Us?
